8.1 Governing Law
This Document and all our policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We are proud to operate as a fully compliant Omani company and hold ourselves to the highest legal standards. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be referred to the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
