Our platforms integrate with carefully selected third-party services to enhance your experience. This section explains how we use those integrations and our commitments to you.
7.1 Google Services — Our Commitment to Responsible Use
7.1.1 How We Use Google User Data
Where our platforms use Google APIs (including Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, YouTube, or Google Maps), we access only the minimum data necessary for the feature to function. We do not sell, share, or use any Google user data for advertising or profiling purposes. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7.1.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our platforms so we can improve them. Data collected is anonymised and aggregated. We have enabled IP anonymisation. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
7.1.3 YouTube API Services
Some of our platforms may embed YouTube videos or use YouTube API Services. By using these features, you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can manage or revoke our access to your Google account data at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
7.2 Meta Platform — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
7.2.1 Meta Pixel
We may use Meta Pixel on our websites to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to understand actions taken on our platforms. Any use of Meta Pixel is subject to your cookie consent preferences. You can manage your advertising preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
7.2.2 WhatsApp Business API
Where subscribers use WhatsApp Business API features through our platforms, they do so as the data controller for their customer conversations. Itqan General Solutions LLC acts as a data processor in this context. All WhatsApp messaging must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable laws.
7.2.3 Facebook and Instagram Login
Where we offer Facebook or Instagram login options, we only request the minimum permissions necessary and use the data received solely for authentication purposes. We do not post to your social media accounts without your explicit permission.
7.3 Security Standards for All Integrations
