Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. We want every interaction with Itqan General Solutions LLC to be positive, and we stand behind our services.

4.1 SaaS Subscription Services — Your Peace of Mind

4.1.1 Free Trials — Completely Risk-Free

When you explore our platforms through a free trial, you will not be charged anything during that period. There are no hidden commitments. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

4.1.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, as the service is made fully available to you from day one. However, if you experience a material failure we cannot resolve within 72 hours of a formal support request, we will apply a pro-rata credit to your next billing cycle. If you cancel, access continues until month end.

4.1.3 Annual Subscriptions — 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee

We offer a 14-day peace-of-mind period for annual subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days and have used less than 20% of the plan's limits, you may request a full refund — no awkward questions asked. After 14 days, if a material platform failure occurs that we cannot remedy, we will offer a fair pro-rata refund for any unused portion.

4.1.4 Price Change Refunds

If we increase our subscription prices, we will notify you 30 days in advance. If you choose not to continue at the new price, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription.

4.2 Itqan Cart — E-Commerce Returns

4.2.1 Your Rights as a Buyer

Customers purchasing through cart.itqanailab.com have the right to request a return and refund within 14 days if: the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, the product does not match the description or specifications, the wrong item was delivered, or the product does not meet the seller's stated guarantees.

4.2.2 Digital Goods

For digital products or downloadable software purchased through Itqan Cart, refunds are not available once the content has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is materially defective or fails to function as described.

4.2.3 Our Role as the Platform

Itqan General Solutions LLC operates as a marketplace platform. Sellers are independent businesses responsible for their listings and fulfilment. If a seller does not resolve your return request within 7 business days, you may escalate to us at contact@itqanailab.com.

4.3 Itqan LMS — Course Refund Policy

4.3.1 Your 7-Day Guarantee

We want every learning experience on Itqan LMS to meet your expectations. If a course is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 10% of the course content. If the provider does not respond within 5 business days, contact us at contact@itqanailab.com.

4.3.2 When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be processed if: you have completed more than 10% of the course, attended live sessions, downloaded materials or received certificates, or more than 7 days have passed since purchase.

4.3.3 If a Course Becomes Unavailable

If a course is removed or becomes inaccessible due to a provider's failure, affected students are entitled to a full pro-rata refund for any amounts paid for that specific course.

4.4 Custom Software and Web Development Services

For bespoke software and website development projects: completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel after work has commenced, you are liable for the cost of work completed. If we cancel for reasons other than your breach, any prepaid amounts for work not yet started will be refunded. Quality concerns should be raised within 14 days of delivery.

4.5 How to Request a Refund — Simple and Straightforward

To request a refund, email us at contact@itqanailab.com with subject: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Service/Product Name]". Include your account email, order or subscription ID, reason for your request, and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

4.6 Your Rights Under Oman Law Are Always Protected

Nothing in this Refund and Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights granted to you as a consumer under the Oman Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) or any other applicable Omani legislation. All your statutory rights are fully preserved.
