These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the rules of our partnership. We have kept them as fair and straightforward as possible. They apply to your use of all services provided by Itqan General Solutions LLC and, together with our other policies, form the full agreement between us.

By creating an account, subscribing to any of our plans, or using our Services in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read and agreed to these Terms. 3.2 Your Account — Keeping It Secure Together
To access our full range of Services, you will need to create an account. We ask that you: provide accurate information when registering, keep credentials confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorised access, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
3.3 Our Platforms — What We Offer You
3.3.1 Itqan Cart (cart.itqanailab.com)
Itqan Cart is your ready-made e-commerce storefront. As a subscriber, you can list your products, manage orders, and receive payments — all in one place. You remain the independent seller and are responsible for your product listings, pricing, order fulfilment, and customer service.
3.3.2 Itqan LMS (lms.itqanailab.com)
Itqan LMS puts your courses in front of learners everywhere. As a course provider, you can create and publish courses, manage students, schedule live sessions, and receive payments. You retain full ownership of your course content.
3.3.3 Itqan DMS (dms.itqanailab.com)
Itqan DMS brings intelligence to your document workflows. Our AI-powered system helps you manage inward and outward business documents, track correspondence, and handle accounts — saving time and reducing errors.
3.3.4 Itqan CRM (crm.itqanailab.com)
Itqan CRM helps you build and manage lasting client relationships. Track your leads, log client interactions, and keep your pipeline moving. You are responsible for ensuring that client data has been collected lawfully.
3.4 Flexible Subscription Plans and Transparent Pricing
We offer flexible subscription plans — from free tiers to paid monthly and annual plans. All pricing is displayed clearly on each platform's pricing page. Fees are billed in advance in Omani Rials (OMR). If we change our pricing, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice.
3.5 Your Responsibilities as Our Partner
We are in this together. We ask that you take responsibility for: all content you submit through our Services, compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights, accuracy of your product listings and client data, security of your account credentials, and all transactions conducted through our platforms.
3.6 Keeping Our Community Safe — Prohibited Uses
To protect the integrity of our platforms and the safety of all users, the following activities are not permitted: violating Omani or international law, uploading unlawful or harmful content, engaging in fraud or impersonation, collecting data without authorisation, using bots or scrapers, attempting unauthorised access, transmitting malware, disrupting our Services, or reselling our Services without written consent.
3.7 Your Content Remains Yours — Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create and upload to our platforms. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display it only as necessary to provide the Services. All rights in our own platforms, software, logos, and documentation remain exclusively with Itqan General Solutions LLC.
3.8 Our Service Commitment and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep them uninterrupted and error-free. To the extent permitted by Oman law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
3.9 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itqan General Solutions LLC and its directors, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you submit through our Services.
3.10 Service Availability and Updates
We strive to keep our platforms available around the clock and will notify you of any planned maintenance or downtime. We reserve the right to modify or update our Services as we improve them, and will give you adequate notice of any significant changes.
3.11 Ending Your Subscription
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export and download your data.
